Default Revealing my 18's I need opinions Please. Be gentle!!!

Ok 18's and you ask why?
I live in Canada and the roads here are not great. One my boys had 20 on his Legend and after spending about 4grand on them, he hit a pothole and required a whole new rim. Goes back to buy new rim and waits two days for the answer and the said the worst thing one can expect """DISCO""". He had to buy brand new rims. Not that he did, he put the stocks back on.... Why is that? 20 on my GS need a 245/30on 20's otherwise i rub. All i need now is spacers. If you have an idea what i can use to spacer my car on tanabe NF210 with 245/40 in the back please advise. I need input on the rims I got and what you guys rec for more simle mods. I cant put a kit on it. Once again POTHOLES... Great and thanks guys

Here are some before and afters

tires would be 245/35 and won't rub with 20's. I'm lowered 1.8F/1.2R and I don't rub at all. Roads over here are horrible too. Personal opinion...18's are a little small to be as flashy as they are. Some models come stock with 18's and I'd rather those. Think they'd look better as 20's but just my opinion. If you like em, that's what counts.

Well just think of it as a temporary set of wheels.. It sound like you want the 20's so these should hold you over for a while.. We all had to start somewhere..

If I had no other choice but 18s, I would've gone OEM or OEM"ish" design. Organic or biomechanical design doesn't really look good on anything smaller than a 20 inch.

But it's all about your taste and style, it's your car and you mod it the way you want to.

I know what you mean about bad roads and 20's. I was on 20's for a few months until I couldn't take it anymore. I switched to OEM 18's. I think they look great. You may want to look into OEMs if you want a non-flashy look.
