someone else already touched on this issue, but as far as the structural integrity of the fender goes... after cutting as much as you did in the back have you run into any problems? i wanted to try this out but i dont want to make the fender so weak that there would be problems if it is ever leaned on accidentally or anything like that... when i asked my body guy about doing this he was concerned of the same...

lol yeah i like to be thorough when working on my car. being organized helps make it very easy to put back together and to take pics as well.

i am running dunlop sport maxx 285/30/20 in the rear with exe konvex' 20" x 10"
