VIDS UP!Lexizm & 1SICKLEX at the track Pics & Vids. "IF YOUR NOT FIRST YOU'RE LAST"!!
I am so tired but so crunk!! My first time at the track (instead of my personal tracks I-20, 285, I-75 and I-85)
and Lexizm has been here before but they redesigned the track so it was his first time on it.
Shout out to VERITEK our SELOC/CL brother, him and his brother with a 350Z convert organized this track meet.
We rented out the tack at little Talladega, AL, only 11 cars, from 9-5pm!!!
Also another CL member, CarbonIS, came. We were by far the biggest and heaviest cars. Also a RSX Type S, new Civic Si, gutted 240SX and Miata, Mazda 3 hatch, a SRT-4. Everyone was so cool and we had a blast.
Vids to come, Lexizm had to catch a plane and he took the vids. Maybe Veritek will post some soon. Here are some pics.
When I tell you I AM HOOKED, Trackdays= the new crack.:eek2:

Got to love the GS. Sunday, take pics with model, Monday, race the car, Tuesday, take it to work. Incredible.
Eric and I were killing on the track, murder. Everyone was commenting on how surprised they were at how fast we were going on the straights AND the corners. We ran 10 minute intervals.
For my first time, I felt I did real good. I caught up with and passed just about every car in my group (3 in a group), including the track car, a gutted Miata! The guy couldn't believe it!!
We had such a great time.
Casualties??? Lexizm, Eric did pop a stud, but he replaced it. Veritek, Bing took a corner and his batter disconnected. Me, I drove so hard, my rear passenger side brake is DONE. Mind you, I got the brakes done 2/1/07. The wear and tear is no joke but we all made it home in on pice.

Looks like loads of fun. Congrats. Was the 'track Miata' turbo'ed? If so, I'm kinda shocked you could beat it, but anyway, way to go!!!!
