LexDriver18 has Platinum GS4 and when I parked my car next to his our silvers look exactly the same. I think it should be the same one. Look into the door to get the color code.

So i'm sure it's the same 1C0 (it's probably not 1C0 for 98 and 99). I would say the paint matching process is bad.

Plus when I first went in and saw it, they had it painted 1C0...and it was silver....not the goldish silver that my car is....it was two different colors....

they probably said they'll paint it 1C0 silver, but then later on just told the guy to spray it "Lexus GS silver" and the paint guy thought they're all the same so he just matched it with the older 98 99 GSs.
I can't imagine a top notch shop with top notch cars not be able to match colors. You should double check.

He even showed me the book with all the year 2000 Lexus colors.....1C0 and put it next to the car....It looked like a match....but when they sprayed it 1C0, the fiber glass was silver not my color. and they have mixed 1C0 with 10 other colors to try to get it to match but no luck....they should me a piece of fiber glass they had painted with all the colors they have tryed and none of them worked....

When I went to anyother shop to do my front lip spoiler they copied the 1c0 from the side again like before, and the next day I have a perfectly-matched front lip.
Maybe try another shop? 1C0 should work with no need to mix with other colors.
