Here are some pics of mine. One thing to consider when molding is making sure the mold is flexible. Since the bumper and lip are urethane the mold should be too otherwise it will crack often.

Well, i know wringo had gotten a few prices anywhere from 3-1k just for the front bumper.. I'm not sure what he paid but we went to the same place and i went the extra mile and had gotten my Hood and both fenders painted so everything would match perfectly,( not that it needed it) I also had gotten new front and rear chrome trim.. I think i paid somewhere in the 900.00 dollar range + tip.. They did a great job...

I would think the front bumper alone would be around 3-5 hundred depending on where you go.. i'm just glad i did it right the first time.. It was worth it..

My RMM front end does not have allocation for the side markers so the harness was left disconnected. I live in the bay area and drive in the citys (Milpitas, Fremont) where the police are nit picky and I have never been pulled over for it, 5 + years now. Knock-on-wood

Are you using standard bondo to fill the lip and how do you plan to fill the side marker hole? The bumper is a flexible frp like material, so I have concerns over cracking down the road if you scrape the driveway a bit hard and flex the bottom of the bumper. As long as you are not building up too thick a layer you are OK, otherwise you stand a chance of cracking at the seam between the TTE lip and the bumper. There are autobody fillers and glues specifically formulated to match the type of material that the bumper and TTE are made of. Any body shop supply store will have dozens of formulas available according to your specific application requirements.

Here's is Synergys TTE molded in, but with the seam left intact, unlike yours where it is fully molded in. I believe DaveGS4 molded his TTE the same as Synergy, back when he had that front lip on his car.

I just got mine molded just like this. I just need some clean (non aggresive) sideskirts to go with it. Any ideas? I wish l-tuned was still around.

Thanks for the compliments... Yea i wish i would have kept the L-tuned sides in stead of selling them. It would have made a big cosmetic change..

Pix updated on 1st Post

Going to get it painted this week. I spun out on the highway and hit my friends car! (not too bad though just a few scuffs and scratches on both our cars) Note to self, get new tires....bald rear tires in rain = very bad. So, no better excuse now than to get a new bumper installed and painted...not to mention no more rock chips!

Here's a snippet.

Maybe the RMM sides would be a good fit.
