Default Sensor fix

I think my sensor's wires are pulled at the sensor. How do you open it to reattach the wires?

I carefully carved the top away and ended up exposing all of the wiring to the sensor. Found the break, soldered, heat shrunk and epoxied it. Measures good now.

i need this diy but cant view the pictures and the link provided isnt valid anymore... need help and need to pass inspection!

fyi, i recently had my ball joints replaced on my 2001 gs300 and the mechanic broke my front right speed sensor!! I told him that my check engine light was on when i got my car back and he told me that he would order the part... so i gave him some time to.... i go back to the shop and ask him to do my inspection and this guy tells me he cant do it because of the check engine light.... i reply with "youre the reason its on, can you replace the speed sensor you broke?" he replies with "i dont know what youre talking about"..............t-_-t

same here. my friend was working on balljoint and the afterward, the abs light came on. so i assuming he must have pull or damage the sensor wire while doing the ball joint.
can any one refresh the pics for this DIY?

If he doesn't get to it, I plan on attempting to fix mine this week. Broke a ball joint and pulled the wires clean out of the sensor. I'll let you guys know
