Default codes P0110, and 1128

I cant win for loose i had the vsc, vsc off lights come on my 98 gs300. i went to autozone i got
-p0110 -IAT (intake air temp)
-p1128 throttle control motor lock malfuntion

Even though i might have to go get a new maf sensor, what about the p1128 code what do i do.
for the IAT code p0110 which i think might be the mass air flow sensor i did clean it and the code was still up.
I am totally loss on the p1128 i dont know what to do about this 1. PLEASE HELP>

What did u clean MAF sensor with? Qtip and rubbing alcohol was suggested by another member...and it worked out well. I just used Simple Green on mines...and a cotton towel.

Clean the throttle body...that may help.

I've cleaned the throttle body, and cleaned the maf sensor i used brake cleaner. I'm not to worried about the maf code im just wondering about the p1128 code. As far as the IAT one i think i might have to get another maf sensor, do u guy's recommend the autozone brand for 80.00 dollars.

I was recommended a list of trouble shooting instructions from guytelefunk, and i did the test as far as the code p1128 has instructed me to doHEAR ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS- disconnecting the throttle control motor and magneticclutch connector, and measured the resistence between terminals1, and 2 of the throttle control motor and magnetic clutch (That would be after disconnecting the plug if u stand on in front of the car on the left hand side in front of the low beam light. Now looking @ the throttle body in front of u will see 1 plug for the throttle control motor and magnetic clutch connector, to the left side of that it will be a 4 wires wrapped up comming from this device un plug it with the car off put the meter to ohms and on the 4 prongs that u will see the 2 closer toward u will be the 2 that have to be tested the top is positive and the bottom is negative the resistance that it says on my meter is 1.3 ohms, the instructions say (resistance:0.3 ~ 100ohms @ 20 degrees celsius(68deg F)

Would any of u follow these instructions and test ur throttle control motor out and get back to me with what u have. Thanks. I'm Trying to see if mine is bad or not
