Well I come home from work to see my pass door dented in 2 spots with 2 scratches. I don't take my car to work cause I'm afraid of door dings. Needless to say I'm pissed, The car isn't brand new but I can count the # of blemishes on one hand (now two ). I live in an apartment complex so I can't garage it. I think it was some kids with their bike's handlebars. What can I say, I am wounded. I don't have any pics, cause as soon as I saw it, I rubbed the scratches off with my finger nail. Thankfully, I wax the sit out of the car, so nothing went through the paint. I am just left with 2 dime sized dents and a headache. Oh well........ just wanted to vent, since the wife don't understand.

I know what you mean. I just got a nasty ding on my passenger side door from a JACKASS who doesnt know how to park. Dont you hate those people, I try to park properly right in the middle of the parking space, and what do you know JACKASS still find a way to park right next to you. How about those people with SUV 's who force park their truck in small parking spaces and I cant even open my F**8ckn door. Sorry need to vent too...

That is exactly why I park like a mile away from any parking spot close to where I am going. Those are probably people who just don't appreciate what people worked hard for. I wish they would value their property as much as I do. Those Bastards

I feel you. I'm in the same boat in that I don't take my car to work because of that. And I learned the hard way through a few scratches.

I hate it when you park as far away from people as possible, and yet, they find their way next to you somehow, despite a ton of empty spaces. Usually those Tahoes and Yukons and other cheap american rental cars are the ones most prone to this.

ouch yeah - no matter how far you park from people, when you come out, there's always people next to you, even if there's more closer!!! never fails and it pisses me off lol

I see careful owners park their love ones far away from building and causing a lot of inconvenience, and I am one of them. I frequently see muddy pickup trucks park next to me even I park at the farest corner, but I guess the muddy truck driver maybe think the same way too to prevent complaining so he park far also.

That is why I got my dent protection plan from dealer, but I still pray hard everyday.

Get it fixed regardlessly, I am sure you will feel better after that.

such is life buddy. i just shelled out to my local "dents unbent" guy to fix the 3 i had. its mint again but it wont last, never does.

I feel you, but i also still feel the pain. I just hate to see blemishes when you try so hard not to get them in the first place. Anyhow, it is life and I guess i gotta deal with it.

i hate it that there are ppl in this world that dont give a @#$@#% about other ppls cars. My car gets door dings no matter where i park. I have a very nice one on the drivers side rear door.

The other day, my gf and i are just getting into our car to back out of the shopping parking lot, and this girl pulls in about 1/2 foot next to us. She had a MILE of space on the other side of her car to realign her car, but didnt do a thing. If we had not been there to back out our car, she would have door dinged our car just while getting out of her car! Stupid!
