Default My new Tanabe Medallion Exhaust

Quieter than I expected, which is a good thing since I'm just going for looks. Even better, I also gained power. I noticed an increase in torque, especially at take off. Very deep at low RPM, but not annoying - yet pleasant to the ears. Throaty at RPM under 2k when gassed, otherwise it's very quiet. Anything aboe 2k RPM can barely be heard - which again is a plus. Overall, a high quality exhaust for the money.

I like the look. Do they all hang that low? It looks like it could be tucked a bit more. maybe it's the angle of the photo.
Either way, I like.

From your description they sound almost perfect, personally I think they're just a little over exposed. Like the one of the other posters stated, could stand to be tucked up a little more.

Not bent, but the left belly is a bit off on the on the right. I asked the mechanic who put it on to adjust it, but he said there's very little leeway. Yes it hangs pretty low but there's plenty of clearance above speed bumps and such. It only sound deep at low RPM take off, otherwise you can barely notice it there.

That's the reason I debadged it, for the chrome trunk bar - otherwise it'll look too messy IMO. Also I keep the stock bumper to show off those chrome oval bellies.

Also, it's a perfect fit into the bumper cut outs for the exhaust tips. There's about 1/2" space around the cut outs and the exhaust tips. Any closer and my bumper will melt off.

Here's a closer look at how much is tucks in...

My exhaust too is a little bent on the left side. Left exhaust hangs low like my left n#t! Weird huh? I don't know about that gap though. You should ask the body shop to adjust it with a crowbar like mines. Make it sit flush with the bumper.
