Default Car Died. Need Help!

I was leaving the house today and when I put my key in the ignition, the steering wheel was coming down and then the absolutely died. No power at all. I took out the key and tried to start the car and nothing. Check the radio, any lights....Nothing. I pressed the lock button on my key....Nothing. I popped the hood and all I did was tap the negative terminal on the battery then I heard something moving on the car. Went and tried to start it again and then the power was back. I turned it off started it up again. It started. I took it around for a spin seemed to be working okay. What do you think the problem is? I would hate to be driving around and all of a sudden all the power to my car is gone. Any ideas?

The positive battery terminal was too loose and the car's electronics would blink on/off as i drove down the road. freaked me out until i got it to my mechanic.

29 bucks later. fixed.

check out your battery terminals man.
