Default 98 gs300 weird idle in drive

I have a 98 Lexus gs300, idles normal but once I drive to a stop light and sit there the idle drop for about 3-4 seconds then I goes back to normal. Anyone else have had this problem?

Possible vacuum leak. This likely is related to when you step on your brakes. Could also be a voltage drop do to your booster resetting itself (again, related to braking)

I have a GS400 but when that happened it was a vacuum leak. My RPMs would drop very low and sometimes it would stall at a light but immediately start back up. The dealer narrowed it down to a bad hose.
