Default New OEM Front Bumper / New Paint Job

Would it be cheaper to buy a new front bumper and have it put on?

or

Would it be cheaper to take the bumper I have right now and get it re-painted

there's no damage done to my bumper, the clear coat is just falling off and I ran into a pole but nothing that can't be fixed, so I'm told so far.

of course repainting your current bumper will cost less. Da fact you dont need to buy a whole new bumper. Painting a whole bumper will run you around 2 to 3 bills.

If you order the bumper from the dealership they are going to charge you way too much. Just take it to a competent body shop and let them repaint it.

yeah.... painting it won;t cost you more than 3 benjamins... VS. 600 or 700 run from the dealer...

Be sure you don't want to go with an aftermarket bumper before you repaint the OEM one.
