Yeah Ive driven the 05 m3 with the competition package and I gotta tell you that car is a beast. Most of the cars tourque seems to come at around 2000+ rpm. And the competition package is lighter, it has a even more balanced tranny and some other changes which I dont remember. Ive never driven the lexus gs-400 or 430 so I cant relate the feel, but still the m3 is made to be a out of the factory pocket rocket. The lexus gs is made to be out of the factory luxury sedan. By the way which car is faster the gs-300 or the bmw 530? ive been in the 530 before and it pulls ok but then I looked a the numbers one time and they were very much alike.

those are some high numbers for a stock lexus engine... not even the GS430 can place 282 horses to the ground stock.
