10.5 in the rear, would it fit??
Just dropped the car with l-tuned shock/spring. I'm looking at volk racing sf winning 19x8.5 in the front with +38 offset and i want to try to put 19.x10.5 with a +32 or +42 offset, would rolling the rear fender work fine with +32 offset or would it still rub, i would want the rims to be flush.
The main concern is would i be able to put 10.5 in the rear with 275 or 285 without rubbing with minor fender rolling, the reason is i want a bigger lip in the rear, 9.5 lip isn't to much in the rear, which is why i would like to move up to 10.5 to get a bigger lip, anyone let me know if 10.5 in the rear is possible?

19x10.5 +32 with 275 or 285 tires will rub. But if you play with some negative camber, it will fit in without doing much work...
By the way, your lip size is determined more by your offset rather than the width of your wheel. a 19x8 wheel with 0 offset will still have a much bigger lip than a 19x10 wheel with +42 offset.

i see, i never knew offset had much to do with the lip, soo say if i go 19 x 9.5 with a +32 offset, would rolling the fender clear it or would i need to play with negative camber also.

On a 10.5 inch rim, the furthest out offset is +41. This requires complete shaving of the fender lip. Almost down to nothing. Don't roll the lip, just shave it. Do an advanced search and you will find.
If you want a deeper lip, going wider doesn't neccessarily add anything, since those of us with rims wider than 10" already have maximized the offset for a deep lip. At that point when you go wider, it only adds more width to the inside of the rim. I'm running a 20 x 11" rim and the lip is not any deeper than the same rim (with an equivalent "adjusted" offset) in a 20 x 10.
Instead of playing with offset and width, you should be looking by manufacturer and rim design.
I-Forged and Zone offer some new rim designs with very deep outside lips. Just order a 10" rim from them and ask them to optimize the offset and the lip will be as deep as it gets.

thanks for the help people, i just picked up the wheels today. Volk racing sf winning 19x8.5 with +38 and 9.5 +42 in the rear. Alothough the rear is pretty flush, i want to put 10mm spacer on it or so to make it even more flush, i will try to mess with it when im free and get some pix up of my new wheels =D

Also, are the Volks hubcentric? If not, do you have the hub centering rings? Gettin a spacer may defeat the hubcentricity. Just be careful with managing the vibrations.

Also, although it should be obvious , don't put the spacers on until you are ready to do the fender work.
