do you have to remove the old clips? what if you just leave it in place, would the l-tuned skirts fit right over it?

i received my skirts without new clips so i was going to go without the new clips for the install...i am not saying i want to re-use the old ones...but just wondering if the new skirts would fit right over without breaking off the old clips...or would they be in the way?

no you have to remove all of the old clips before installation of new sieds and new clips

bringing this back... all my clips ripped off due to me hitting bumps and what not. Any alternative clips? slightly larger but stonger?

i would love to find some also sam, i just installed mine a month or so ago and i noticed last night while my car was on the rack that some of the clips are already broken and i bought BRAND NEW clips when i installed them

i got them when i ordered my motor mounts so it was efficient with the shipping costs. i had to PM darrell though to get the right part # (i think it was the ) i looked back at my old order but on the new system they dont list the part # of stuff you ordered just a description. i ordered 20 of them (it takes 18 i think i recall) so i would have a extra or two though i might recommend ordered 25 or so as i broke one or two installing them.

y are u so concerned with what kind of money i spent and what i spend it on? this is the second thread you have commented on what i spend and how i spend it?

FYI i sized those clips AND bought some and they didnt fit well.... i have used the GM clips in different places on my lexus but in this application they didnt work well for me

again though.....WHY DO YOU CARE WHAT I SPEND MY MONEY ON? you dont earn my salary at either job so let me spend my money how i want to please. i know the cost saving methods i have used them both. if you notice in the chrome trim one im the one who did the DIY i just didnt wanna go back with it and thats MY choice. the clips i did try them and they didnt fit well IMHO

i linked the OEM parts on here a few posts back but since i bought YOUR l-tuned side skirts i wonder why you bumping this? did u miss them and buy some more?

what? seriously? i bought your l-tuned almost 6 months ago, you still havent put your side skirts back on?

BTW check post # 33 it has a link to sewell for all the OEM parts need.
