Default car doesnt want to start

for some reason my car is having trouble starting, cranked really really weak a few times so i changed the battery, now it still doesnt start, kinda sounds like it might be the starter, i have to turn the key a few times before it starts, any suggestions, also we tested the power and it was on the weak side even with the new battery so it might not be the starter. anybody else have this problem, what were your symptoms of having a bad starter if it happened to you, also is it a diy project or too hard to do it at home. thanks

It is probably the starter. When the starter starts to go bad when you turn the key the starter just clicks. The starter on the GS300 is easy to pull out than the GS400.
