Personally, IMO of course, I think gunmetal makes the wheels look dirty, while the silver makes them stand out in a croud, you can see the detail of the wheel in silver, where on gunmetal, it just looks like a blob from far away

I would like to vote for "silver". Gunmetal looks nice too but I think since your car is pearl, silver is a close match ( closely monochromatic) and maybe chrome or silver with chrome or polish lips. Some people might not like the chrome portion of it (for personal reason) but it would always depend on the style or design overall. I think silver or white on white ( if you wont bother cleaning them ) is the best match for you car and that will always be a stand out. Just my personal taste though.
