I've had two types. I had 3M Ventureshield on the GS, and I have SunTek on the LS. The Ventureshield was a little tougher I think. I have a few marks on the SunTek already, nothing that has gone though but marks in the film. The SunTek (and Xpel) are self healing which is VERY cool. Just apply heat and scratches disappear.
The SunTek is much clearer and smoother than the Ventureshield. It really is almost invisible.
Id get it or Xpel. Xpel is similar.

From my experience with a couple cars, it really depends on where you live!
We have a lot of rocks on our roads and I have found for severe service areas like the bumper or fenders I would use the 3M product. And Xpel Ultimate on the rest of the car.
I have another post here that talks about my experience. Bottom line I had most the car done in Xpel Ultimate. And I found it to hole through easier from flying debris than 3M. So I had the opportunity to change my bumper and front panels to 3M while the rest of the car is Xpel Ultimate.
You really have to look hard to see the difference between the hood and bumper. The Xpel on the hood is smooth as can be and with the 3M material you can see that the surface looks a little dimpled (its thicker). In real world conditions the 3M seems to absorb rocks without damaging the paint. You will see pock marks where a rock hit, but the paint is intact. Withe Xpel the paint gets damaged as well

Joining these gentlemen and vouching for XPEL Ultimate. One of the first things that I had installed after I got my car and it has held up great.
