I think some of you following my operation replace the GS thread have been expecting this

Traded the GS in on a 2015 LS460 today, Nebula Grey with Grey interior.

Leases are surprisingly good. 54% residual on a 36/15k, 45% residual on a 48/15k, .0008 MF which is great, $2k in lease cash. $79,200 MSRP, paid $71k before the rebate, so $69k. Could have done better probably but they had what I wanted.

Did have negative on the GS, wound up getting $32k for it, payoff was about $37k. Just rolled it in and called it a day. In the end its tax deductible still, and this way I get the car and can enjoy it for the summer, instead of having to get it in December and immediately start driving it in the nasty weather.

LOVE the car. I will miss my GS, it was a great car. This is a car that I have wanted for a long time though, and its something that I might just hang onto for many years, we'll see.

What I will miss most of all is being a part of the 4GS forum. I will obviously still post (I mean, I post everywhere else!) but the LS460 forum lacks in personality big time compared to here.

Here's a picture to get you started, I will take and post more!

What?! No more silver? So what's the specs on this one?

I think u made the right choice between this and the other cars.

So u got it down to $69K? What's ur monthly now? and the name needs to change too by the way.

Congratulations! I personally take credit for pushing you over the edge today with my last post on the other thread today!

You are a great guy and it's a pleasure going through the process with you on the forum. I'm really glad you got the car you wanted. I thought seriously about one before I got the A7, but I lean a little more to the sport side and couldn't swing the F-Type.

Its a lot LOL. $950. Not so bad considering the negative equity that went into it from the GS.

I thought about silver again, but I like to mix it up. I like the silver on the car a lot.

Its all your fault!

The F Sport isn't my style, plus it was too expensive. I wanted it to be as cheap as possible LOL

Yeah all in all I did really well. Without the negative from the GS it would have been $850, which is a deal!

We all know SW13GS is all about the luxury. His GS has the Luxury package so naturally he would choose the non fsport LS.

Anyways nice car BTW..... I am so envious of you right now. Can you post some interior and rear shots?

Congrats! Enjoy the LS Steve. Did you check to make sure there's enough room for two baby car seats in that thing?

Congrats, that's a nice upgrade. No problem fitting child seats in there! Lets see some inside pics.
