Well I'm close to it and I had trouble so I can imagine 40 will be worse.

I am on my 2013 Non F-sport with 285/30/20 +45 dropped on Tanabe springs. Had to roll the fenders due to some rubbing and have 2 mm milled off the back pad of the wheel. But all is good now and I have no issues.

I have 285 on 10" wheels. No issues even when fully loaded using 48 offset. I have rear camber arms too.

Tanabe springs. Some pics before rear camber arms were installed:

My rears are 20x10.5 +45 with 285/30/20 tires and I'm lowered on the Tanabe NF210s. I get rubbing with people in the car, but not by myself unless I hit a big dip. Not a very good picture of the rear but the only one I have on hand.

I have the SPC ones in the rear. Nothing currently exists for the front (that I know of).

Yep mine was rubbing against the fender and hitting the plastic wheels well.

Rubbing in the back, close to where the bumper and fender meet. I think shaving or rolling the fenders would do the trick. But it would also depend if you plan on adding a camber kit, then I would image you would really need to do some fender mods to keep it from rubbing.
