Default Blackvue Camera Working Perfectly!

Finally had my Blackvue camera installed, this thing is the best thing out I think. I love the quality and the different ways to manage the files. I would suggest others get this its worth it. Still working on updating the speed from KM to MPH, the video is showing KM so 59km which is 35 mph I think. State trooper scared the crap out of me as I didn't see him I seriously thought he would pull to the side and then pull me over. Also sorry I didn't upload in HD cause it wasn't from my phone should have done it that way so its crappy looking.

That's really cool. Last week I did my fog lamps and thought I'm done with my mods. Now I have an other mod to do. I know there's other thread on this. But can you also post some details about camera model and mainly the power source for the camera.

The camera is a Blackvue DR500GW-HD, also purchased the Blackvue magic pro vehicle discharge for parking mode. basically so it doesnt burn my battery. I didn't do the install so not sure on the power source but sure others may say it.

Driving with Blackvue Camera - YouTube

Great choice I have been using the BlackVue DR550 2Ch for over a year now.
It's a must have!! Most of the videos in my sig. were by the BlackVue

From what I remember the BlackVue magic pro was easy to install. Just wish the wi-fi was better

Yes the wifi sucks works when it wants to. Hey can you post a pic of your rear camera, I'm thinking about adding one but don't know how hidden it will look.

Do you have tint film installed in the rear? If so, does it effect the quality of the video recorded? Thanks.

Love my dashcam - i went with the eprance one. - $80 shipped via amazon in HD, with GPS, speedometer, and 8gb on board memory - can't go wrong. I will probably go with blackvue on my next install so i can get front/rear setups.

i installed mine and ended up hardwiring it to the fuse box under the passenger dash board.

Wow I probably should go get it, although your tint is way darker than mine, I think I might invest in it.

Did you install the rear-facing camera? Does the rear power sunshade hit it?
