Do a search on one of my old posts. I driven it until the range was zero and took it another 20+ miles after the light came on. Still had about 2 gallons left in the tank when I filled up.

My GS450h:

- 470-ish miles with regular tank (to 0 miles on the "cruising range" display). Fills up about 15 gallons or so. Average somewhere around 31 mpg with mixed city/hwy driving.

- 500+ miles if I take it below the 0 mile "cruising range" shown on the dash. I usually try to fill it before 500 miles though. Fills up 16+ gallons. I usually do this if I'm commuting a further distance (i.e. traveling).
