In the process of purchasing a 2013 Lexus GS350 and I am having a hard time determining what vehicles have the rear passenger controls in the armrest. Does anybody know how I can determine this from limited dealer photos that usually don't show the arm rest. Thanks for the responses!

The '13 with the luxury pkg option has the rear seat controls.

Look for GS models with luxury package. F-Sports do not come with the luxury package option.

The best way to tell if the car has the luxury package, is by looking at the wheels. All GS with luxury package have these rims,




However, in rare cases, the dealer could put these type of wheels on a regular base GS model. So, if you're not 100% sure, just give them a call or email.

Such as in that picture. That car is actually an F Sport! Look at the back of the front seats and the metal trim on the door.

9 times out of 10 a car with those wheels will be a luxury package though.

Also look for the interior with the glossy wood and wood/leather steering wheel. Always a luxury package.

I purchased a luxury model w/o the luxury wheels so that is not always the determining factor. If a dealer is selling a GS with the luxury package then I would think that they would advertise that the GS has the luxury package. The interior pic with be a good bet for determining it though. Wood steering wheel , rear seat controls should be shown in pic and side sun shades.

A tell tale sign of the luxury package from pics is the larger headrest cushion and the break/crease in the seatback. You can see them in these pics:
