The latest, "Strategic Vision" survey arrived today.

They made the mistake of sending a paper questionnaire. I could see in advance of completing it, there were hundreds of questions. Way too many and so into the shredder it goes.

If they had sent a dollar like JD Power, maybe I would have completed it.
