Best time to lease GS350 F Sport?

Hi!
I just got an offer from Lexus dealer in ATL area that they are offering $5000 off MSRP on GS350 and $1800 less Lease cash bonus. I think this offer is better than last December? what do you guys think?

a lot of people on this forum have gotten under $500 including tax on F sport models.

I think the March Command Sales Event is better than any other sales event. The Golden and December weren't that good last year.
