Default water pump?

I have read about the water pump failures withe the 350 engines. My mother has a 2010 RX that had the water pump replaced and I replaced one on a 07 GS. These were in the 80-90,000 mile range. Is there any reason to think that Lexus has fixed the water pump issues suffered in the older 350's? I am concerned about the future of my 2013.

Opinions?

Thanks.

Only time will tell, they should have fixed it but all you can do is watch it most likely would be covered under warranty but after would probably just need to watch it. to early to tell at this point I think.

Thanks for the reply. My opinion is that they "should" have fixed it by now also, but I am not holding my breath. With 90k on mine, it is tempting to just go ahead and change it. I have been keeping a close eye on it and no signs of weeping so far.
