Changing brake pads and rotors. Suggestion on which parts?
I need to change my front brake pads and rotors on 13 f-sport RWD, any suggestion on which pads or rotors to get? Is the pads from sewell good or should I go with something else? The rotors seem hard to find for the f-sport. Thanks for any suggestions.

Any low dust pads available for this car? I'm getting tired of cleaning the massive brake dust from the OEM pads.

You cannot have better braking performance with less dust and/or less rotor wear. Put another way, you cannot have less dust and/or less rotor wear without sacrificing braking performance. If you want better stopping power - then that comes with the price of potentially more brake dust and more accelerated rotor wear. Conversely, if you give up a degree of performance - then you can have less dust and less rotor wear. I personally would never 'give up' the braking performance that a manufacturer designed for their vehicles. Enhance - yes · but give up - no way...
The only aftermarket rotors or pads I would use would be for performance on a dedicated track car that are actually terrible at braking until they get 'up to' nominal (very high) temperature - and the brake pads and rotors would wear out quickly and they would likely make loud screeching/squealing noise anyway, which wouldn't be a problem because the 8,000 rpm engine noise, loud exhaust and 100+ mph wind noise would certainly drown it out anyway.

any brake pad that engages ABS will not decrease braking distance. Every single brake pad out there has to pass DOT, it is safe to use aftermarket options, but they might overheat faster under a lot of stress. Which would then decrease performance and life of the rotors.

I've read good reviews on Akebono pads.
Oh the other day my buddy wiped my dusty wheel with his shoe and almost lost his leg. I said to him u do that one more time u'll go home with no legs.
The brake dust is so thick and it didn't even scratch the wheel. At least none that I could see and I guess it's a good thing.

I don't know if this is correct, but the f-sport rotors are very expensive. Sewell has the standard gs rotors at $140 for both front rotors, while f-sport cost $440 for two. Is there cost alternative rotor for the f-sport? Also, does the f-sport use the same front brakes pads as the standard gs?

I don't even see it on the Sewell, only standard rotors.
