I used 3M Pressure Sensitive Acrylic Foam Double-sided Tape specifically designed for automotive use with high performance adhesion strength AR-5 Adhesive.

lmao at the 2 trucks pulling it!

so is that what its going to look like when I try to remove it from the bumper? lol

Once it becomes bonded, first with pressure and then heat and time, it is practically welded. Something like piano wire may be your friend to cut through the tape's adhesive and foam center portion if/when you want to remove it.

Aren't the only drill holes on the bottom of the car? If so, I doubt it would be noticed on a lease return assuming the holes were drilled clean.

The end caps have two holes each
