I'm just happy the 4GS finally get LED DRL instead of half powered halogens.

A couple of thoughts.

1. When adjusting your headlights, make sure the low beams are pointed below your sideview mirrors (point them at a wall to compare). Otherwise you will be blinding other people.

2. Acura cutoffs are because of the clear lens - you can lens mod it like TRSMatt did.

3. You may also want to try a top end bulb like a CBI or Philips. They aren't cheap.

Default Is 250/350

I have a question. Why does the IS 250/350 DRL's brighter then the GS350 F sport ?

If you're referring to the current gen IS, then it might seem brighter because the IS has quite a few more LEDs for the DRLs than the GS.

I have couples questions..... hope u can help.

1. Does anyone know what kinda light buld does BMW n Mecerdes use? I noticed the color is much brighter and white/purples. (Sorry, i like bright light. My wife 2nd Gen GS had 6K HID for both Low/High beam.)

2. I live in 818 - Woodland Hills Area. -Does anyone know where i can get the foglamp install professionally? OEM parts and all. Sorry, no halfass work ;-)
-If you have the pricing thats would help alot too.

Thank you all
Same here... I thought I was the only one that noticed that with the color temp and the way the Bmw and Benz look. White/Purple/Blue ish

So all I need to get is a D4S 8K Bulb and swap it with the factory 4300k?

Yup, get the correct bulbs and swap them out. I personally wouldn't go that high. I feel 6k would give you the look your looking for.

The driver side swap is a PITA. If you have large hands, good luck. There is an access panel inside the wheel well on the driver side. Turn the wheels all the way to right to give you space to take that panel off.

I think someone posted a step by step somewhere in here...

Easy. Philips and it's not close. Get the Ultinon bulbs (D4S).

http://www.nigel-jdmparts.com/philips-ultinon-6200k-d4s

As far as removal and installation goes:
- Twist the ballast off (big silver box connected to the light assembly)
- Undo the cable from the ballast to the bulb
- Squeeze the clip that is holding the bulb in. It is hinged on one side, so once it is free of the assembly just fold it back

It will look something like this.

- Pull the bulb out. Can't remember if you have to also twist it or not, but just pay attention to how it is situated in the assembly so that the new bulb goes in the same way.
- Do all of the other steps in reverse order.

It's not hard. Once you get in there and start doing the change, all of these steps will make sense. I would do the passenger side first so that you get all of the steps down and know what to do.

Most of the time they tell you to disconnect the battery, but I didn't.

VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS of the bulbs.

I know some people say fog lights don't help much but I have to disagree. I live in a wooded area with very little street lighting. I didn't get the f-sport because I wanted fog lights (i found out later that they could be added). But the oem halogen fog lights didn't help much so I installed the LED fog lights from theretrofitsource.com (https://www.theretrofitsource.com/co...hts-lexus.html). They're similar to the OEM Lexus LED fog lights just cheaper. You should see if you can install these with the fog light kit for the F-Sport. They make a huge difference and I have them on my GS and RX. My wife instantly noticed a difference.
