Default F sport seats compared to luxury package seats.

Is there a big difference in comfort from the seats in the F Sport package to the seats in the luxury package. Is the only difference 16 way power seat to the 18 way power seat in the luxury package.

It's basically the same seat. Difference is the luxury has the articulating backrest which I think adds a lot to its comfort. The luxury always has butterfly adjustable headrests and semi-aniline leather.

I found my F Sport seats to be some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced.

The Luxury seats to not have the horizontal (forward to back) adjustment headrests since the articulating upper back takes it place. I believe it is a 3 or 4 position adjustment.

I am 2 weeks into my luxury package GS and the seats are the best I have ever sat in, including my previous LS. I felt the leather was much softer in the luxury package. I also think the linear expresso wood looks fantastic with my grey interior. Not a big fan of the aluminum trim.

That being said, I like the grill of the F-sport much better, and there are many more F-sports available, so you would probably save with the F-sport. I also purchased the Lux package to get the cold weather package, but I wouldn't do that again. Heated steering wheel does not heat where I usually put my hands and it doesn't get as hot as my previous LS.

If you like the interior look of the F-sport and the seats are comfortable enough for you, I would probably go with the F- sport.

I thought the F-sport seats were semi-aniline as well.

Not having a Luxury model, I can't tell you the exact differences

But, when we were shopping, we drove (a short distance) in a Luxury model Certified car, then drove a Certified F Sport over the same route

We both loved the F Sport seats

We drive 800 miles a day going from Texas to Florida and love the F Sport seats

We get out after that distance and don't complain at all about seating and we are OLD people

Our previous Lexus seats were not comfortable for more than 300 or so miles

Get the F Sport if only for the seats

The luxury pkg is basically the same seats with semi aniline leather and two more adjustments.Same comfort level or more with the bit softer leather and 2 extra adjustments.
