Debating purchasing 2014 GS350 F Sport suggestions/recommendations?
Hello,
Today I test drove a 2014 GS350 F Sport AWD and immediately fell in love. It's white with grey wheels, brown and charcoal interior with silver accent. Beautiful! I've been test driving a variety of cars over the last several months...BMW 335xi, 535xi, Audi A6, S4, Mercedes E350, Lexus IS and GS. Of all of these cars I walk away feeling most satisfied after driving the Lexus. Now I think I might pull the trigger on the GS as it's in my garage now for the night to think it over. So, to get to the point of my thread... I'm looking for advice, suggestions, recommendations from existing owners for things to know, look for and consider before making the final decision to purchase. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

ive drove all of those cars you outlined extensively, i have one word of advice for you. BUY IT! ...well thats two words but youll love it. I too came from a BMW, and Lexus is on another level as far as comfort, luxury and speed.

I looked at the same set of cars. I had a 535 and an A6 overnight, and then test drove the GS and fell in love. I knew the reliability would be much greater. Plus I found a slightly used GS with the dynamic handling and HUD package and was sold. It was the perfect car for me. I think you just know when one is write for you . Trust your gut.

There are some subtle changes in 2015 that I like...for instance the DRL set in the bumper, cool...defiantly go F-Sport, you wont regret it. Every German car I have ever owned, I regretted from a reliability & maintenance standpoint. This is the first Lexus that, IMO, stood-up to the performance factor.

I was shopping for a used F Sport late last year too, though I am picky and wanted something really clean and low miles too (Under 25k). I noted these were going for close to $45k roughly, and options were limited to find my favorite color with all the goodies I was after.
For comparison I took a look at a brand spanking new 2015, and was able to negotiate the price for a fully loaded one with the premium audio (Mark Levinson), and a host of other goodies from $58k down to $51k...
Given the great resale value of the Lexus I found this price difference to be negligible, so I opted for the 2015!!
Just my two cents here..
