Is it possible to...program my 2013 GS so seat warmers/heated wheel come on at start?

...program my 2013 GS so that the seat warmers and heated steering wheel turn on when the car is first started?

I have remote start and it would be nice, if they would come on right when the car starts up.

I don't believe so. It is nice, they work that way on our Jeep. I believe the 2014 introduced this feature with the "auto" setting for the seat heaters.

Yes 2014 has that.

What if u just leave it in heat mode before turning off the car, does it remember the last setting when u turn it back on?

In my 2013 GSH, the heated seats come on automatically if they were on when you turned off the car. The steering wheel does not do that...

Nope. Doesn't work on my AWD GS350.

I've tried that. Even asked the tech guy at my dealership. He said, if I left the heated seats on when I turned the car off, they would come on when it was started the next time.

Not true. I just went out to my garage and tried it again. No dice. When I restart the car they revert to being off.

Anyway, thanks for the responses.

Huh, I'm almost sure that if I leave my heated seats On when I turn-off and lock the car - that the heated seats will be On will I crank-up again.

Edit: Yep, just went to the garage and started the engine and turned the heated seats On and then shut off the engine. When I re-started the engine again the heated seats were On just as I left them...

I wonder if it's a LPS setting?

I know that I did not have my dealer change any 'dealer only' LPS settings. I only changed 2 settings myself from default that owners can change - (1) Partial seat move back and (2) lights off when driver opens the door.

I am curious about the seats too because when I turn my car on the Heated/Cooled seats do not go back to as I had them before I had turned the car off.
Also I really do not like how the heated seats go from Level 3-2-1-Off. If I put it on level 2 i expect it to stay there until I change it.
Is there a way to remedy any of this?

Does this happen in Eco drive mode, or any any drive mode (e.g. Normal or Sport)?

I have never seen my heated seats move from the highest setting (all 3 lights) unless I or the passenger purposely changes them. But, I never drive in Eco mode, which might turn the heat down automatically.

Is that a standard default setting or special (non-standard) setting? It sounds like it may be a special setting, because I believe that mine is set to standard default.

You aren't crazy. It does. 13 Fsport w/ Viper smart start. I start the car from a phone app in my office, come out the car seat is nice and toasty. S

Steering wheel isn't, however. I'm not sure if it's an LPS or not. I want to say even before I had remote start, when I started the car the heaters/coolers retained the last setting: on/off

It's the standard settimg. Yours is the option. If you search the forum (tee hee) you'll find a lot of threads about it.
