The way others handle your car.
so, not a big deal, its just the side trim near the seat belt, but how rough does someone have to be with a seat belt for it to leave such a deep scratch.
guessing was the car wash guy, he's a super nice guy and does a decent job, but man, not so rough! lol

Damn! It took some pretty good force to make those marks.
Good thing he didn't claw your window tint while he was ripping up the trim.

I've had dealer porter scratched my door panel (must've kicked it while getting out) and tore up my steering wheel cover (I really don't know how this happened but good thing I have a cover!! ). The problem with those textured plastic is u can't buff it, they need to be replaced if u want the scratches gone.

I just had a similar issue with the dealership. Greasy floor mat, scratched leather steering wheel, dent on door sill, and didn't even reset the oil light... all in one visit!!!

You may want to try some plastic scratch remover. They really make it to eliminate scratches on clear plastic like headlight covers and guage screens, but it may work on that as well. If not, maybe a coat of Armor-All or black shoe polish.
