I'd go with the Pirelli's.
After the bumpiness and roar of these Dunlops which are getting worse,I want smooth and quiet.
I hope you go Pirelli's so we can read your review.Though,I'm wondering if they're smoother and quieter as the MXM's you have .

Based on your post your car is leased why would you replace tires on a leased car unless there damaged. Makes no sense to give the bank brand new tires on a lease. Then why lease???Unless you did doughnuts or really drove aggressive. I had over 49k on my 13 GS with Dunlop's which are worse tires and they were worn but there was no need for me to put new tires on it for lease. If you are worried about LFS your fine I didn't get charged anything and brakes were done as they squeak quite a bit. I just don't understand at 4/32 why you would drop 1k for a car that isn't yours. Remember this is a lease not your car. I completely understand if you owned it as I am same way if I own it but for my leased car I use it as a daily beater and this is why it leased.

I think you meant SW13GS the OP..
However, the Dunlops are bumpy and loud and are getting worse and I'm only at 9K miles.

Thank you Joe! I know it was even obvious to passengers in car and if the car was park for a bit in the cold they always get flat spots as when I would first drive from a cold park they be choppy. However I can say for 49k they still did have some thread on them but the brakes will go first. I have no idea how they lasted to 49k because they started squeaking at about 35k. One thing I got say they never lost braking performance or faded but did make noise which got worse.

Because it needs tires for safety. We have wet, snowy. Icy weather here and the tires that are on it are no longer safe to drive on in those conditions. My and my family's safety are more important to me than $1,000. My wife is 7 months pregnant and I'd feel pretty crappy if she or our unborn babies were hurt or killed because I tried to save $1,000.

As for why I lease, I lease for tax deductions, and because I tend to want a new car after 3 years or so. I care for my cars as if they were mine because I enjoy doing that. I typically trade them in or sell them instead of turning them in so I get a benefit there for their care...but mostly I just like taking good care of cars.

I think I'm going to get the Pirellis. I'd like to find them somewhere that has a ride guarantee though in case I hate them.

Wow! 49K miles.
Yes,I forgot about the flat spotting in cold weather.
I will say they do handle well and on wet roads too.

That's an excellent age for twins.

Boys, girls, or one of each?

Oh, I vote for the Michelin Primacy tires myself...
