Where can I find a roof spoiler?

Just picked up 15 GS 350 F SPORT nebula grey pearl.

Anyone selling a roof spoiler?
Also, any suggestions how to plug the license plate holes

Here's a roof spoiler from eBay that I ordered. It's 30% off right now. It's a very subtle one. Needs to be painted.
