LOL - well you got it in there now!

I too got mine from Longo via the internet sales just last month, those days of battling for hours at the dealership for "the best price" are over my friend!!

Explain these msd's please...

Drive off - $1211 (TTL and first month)

36/15k
$509.12/month INCL taxes (8%) without any MSD at .0009 (fico 720+) money factor

$442.47 INCL taxes with max (9) MSDs. $4050 for max MSDs which is refundable at the end of the lease. Money factor with 9 MSD .00018.

After having leased BMWs, I'm very familiar with MSDs. And the $4050 MSDs is going to save me about $2400. The return on $ is incredible. I don't have experience with lexus MSDs but with BMW it was painless and got a full refund after my lease was up.

Here's my contact-

He's very good about returning emails and the buying process was incredibly smooth. Never discussed any prices once I went in. Everything was agreed through emails and I was in and out w a car in an hour or so. Tell George that Jim from Riverside sent you. I told him, with his permission that I'd post this deal up. Good luck to everyone in the market but this deal is a no brainer.

Multiple Security Deposits. You round up to the nearest $25 (for lexus), then that will be the amount of one MSD. In my case, since its $442, itll round up to $450. For each MSD you get a discount off of your money factor (dealer term for interest rate. Just multiply by 2400 of the money factor to get the real interest rate).
For Lexus, you can do up to 9 MSDs, which for me was $4050. For each MSD I got a discount of .00008 off. With 9 MSDs my money factor became .00018 (or 0.432%).
So I wrote a check for $4050 and over the 36 month term I'll save $2412. Then at the end of the lease lexus will send you a check for $4050 a couple weeks later, at least that's how it went with BMW. If you have the $, it's almost silly not to. I don't think you'll find that kind of return on any investment.

It's nice to see a lease buyer who has done his homework. Sad to see some buyers still putting money down on a lease.

Congrats on your new Lexus this is an awesome deal! Probably even cheaper than an IS 350 or a 3/4 series.

Awesome deal... I took advantage of the MSDs as well, it's a no brainer.

Now I have a separate question. For a 27 month/12k mile lease, would I be entitled to 24,000 or 27,000 miles. I probably should've clarified this with the dealer but the question just popped in my head. Thanks

I am sending him an email now, as my Prius is finally sold and I will need a vehicle this weekend. I will be down that way next week and could pick it up and drive it back, too. Wonder what the price is to transport it? Driving it home is easy enough though.

I assume your 2015 had ML and Blind Spot? Any other features? I want those and Nebula Grey with Black interior. Need to make sure I am relatively apples to apples.

Also, a broker was telling me about some things to look out for on the lease, where some things can be hidden and manipulated. I want to say it was in regards to a variable money factor or something?

Then, do I need to disclose the desire to buy MSD's up front or can you do that later? I would want to max that out..

It had blind spot, ML, illuminated door. I told George about max MSDs in the emails. The process went smoothly.

Looking at a deal on a non-F sport AWD (starfire/flaxen) with premium pkg, blind spot, cold weather, park assist, MSRP $54,895. Waiting for the detailed breakdown, but 10k lease would be $535 for 36 month or $575 for 27 month all in, just first month and DMV at signing. Thoughts?

Doesn't sound very good to me. Read through the last few pages. Assuming invoice is like $48k for that or maybe lower, you should get closer to those figures with 12k miles. F Sports are going for $51k then $535ish on. 36/12k setups.

Where did you get that number? I see invoice on this model as $51k, not $48k. Deal includes 8.625% sales tax (due up front in NY) rolled into payments.

Got the details:

MSRP $54,895
Sell price $50,800
Less $1800 lease cash
10k, 27 month, 70% resid, .0009 MF

Basically selling for invoice less the $1800 lease cash. This seems like a very good deal for NY area.

They're also installing remote start at no charge, delivering the car to my office (2 hrs away) and taking back my lease-end ES.

Seems OK, I guess. I just expected a non-F-Sport to be a lot lower priced. F-Sports are essentially the same, with about a $57k MSRP. But, as long as you are happy with it I guess. It is essentially $49,000 cap cost. I guess some people like 27 months. I will do 36, because as someone explained it to me, why not reap the full benefit of the registration you are paying? Someone will get 6 months free..

Sure, the free drop off and install is nice. Those are things the dealer can do inexpensively to enhance the deal, so it makes sense.

Are you negative on the ES? Any penalties for mileage overage?

I just got into a 2015 IS F-sport lease a month ago but when I asked about putting money towards the MSD the sales guy had no idea what I was talking about. Is this something only some dealers do or was I just talking to the wrong guy?
