2015 GS 350 F Sport lease

Pole Position
According to Edmunds.com board, the MF for 2015 is .0008 vs. .00065 for 2014. The residual for 2015 is 70% for 27m, 10k though. I believe the residual for 2014 for that is 68%.

I can confirm the solid deals in Southern California. Actually exchanged emails with Paul at Thousand Oaks as well, but got a similar deal at Beverly Hills Lexus for the 2015 GS 350 F Sport (MSRP of $57,685).
$0 down
$505/month including taxes (first month payment free - thanks December)
24 month lease
12,000 miles per year
The dealership uses the lease incentive bonus ($1,450) as part of the downpayment to cover the first payment, fees, etc. and adds in additional cash back to round it out to $0 - in my case the total amount was close to $2,000. I also added in the wear and tear option for $500 (retail of $875) since the newborn will probably not allow me to keep the car in great shape. Feel free to ping me if you'd like my contact at Beverly Hills. Actually feel I would have been able to get to the same spot with Thousand Oaks but its just too far.

For what it's worth, the finance guy noted that these deals are very difficult to duplicate outside of Southern California due to the volume game dealers aim for here rather than profit on each individual deal.

That's why every time there's a lease thread, people need to remember, if you're not in Cali, don't get mad at the deals. You won't be able to replicate them.

Well,
What about getting the deal in CA and shipping it to Your State?
Let's say if the shipping charge is $1000, the savings are still quite good as compared to paying almost extra $200 per month for the same deal i.e 24 months 12k miles annually.
Thank You.

Call the dealer, see how out of state sales work. May be worth it to fly out to the dealer and spend half a day in California then fly home and wait for your new car to show up.

Either way, I was able to get the local dealer down to the low 500s which is still higher than what is being mentioned (especially since it's not an F-sport), but it's getting there at least.
