how is $537 less than $510

If you mean that long term helps stretching the negative eq, then yes, true.
Yes, like in my case I have 5K negative added so I went with a longer term to stretch it, otherwise I'd be paying nearly double every month. lol

Unless I pay off that 5K in a down payment.

Hey guys... I've been on checking in on this forum for a while now. I'm locked out of my old account, so I had to create a new one. I'm a life long Honda/Acura fan but it seems Acura has lost their way so I'm jumping ship. I wasn't a fan of the 4G TL and I was holding out for the TLX, but I'm not fan of that either. So I've decided to start looking elsewhere. I've been impressed by the GS 350 F Sport since it's introduction. Now that I'm seeing everyone getting these killer deals on leases, its pushing me closer to one. I contacted a local dealer about a 2015 that they have and this is what I was sent for a lease quote.

I don't know what money factor and residual they're using but it looks high to me. Before I contact them to get the info about the rates, I want to see where I can find some wiggle room on that price and if there's more incentives available than what they are giving me. I ran my own numbers through www.ridewithg.com. I used .00025 for mf (found in another thread) and 70 for residual. For a 3yr/30 mile lease I came up with 474.20 including 6% sales tax. Am I missing something here? Thanks for any help!

$6K down with $500+ is just insane! and that's before tax right? lol

I think ur selling price is still too high, especially for a 2014. That should be in the $52K-53K range.

Is that the FSport or just the base model? How come it says base AWD?

I'm new here, but I still wanted to chime in a put in a good word for Paul Vallis at Sherman oaks lexus..

Tommorrow I will likely be pulling the trigger on a 2015, liquid platinum, Cabernet interior, ml sound, fsport. I'm going 0 down, with 507 per month taxes and gap included., for 24 months with 12k per year.

Paul is the real deal. If your in so cal you owe it to yourself to give him a call. Dealing with him was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

You can get this car for FAR cheaper! It goes on special all the time. At Keyes Lexus in Los Angeles i saw them lease it for $430 + 2k down, or $490 0 down.

Make sure you lease it on December 25+ so the dealership is desperate for your deal. You can certainly do well with it.

Are you sure that's 24 months? 0 drive off? on a 24 month 0 drive off or 0 down (meaning first month + doc + regis at drive off?), i am surprised you can get that low if it is 0 drive off.

Cali has better deals than the northeast but he can do far better than what we have here. I'm finalizing a deal (might go lower as two dealers are fighting over me) for a 2014 $540 a month with $1600 drive off and they gave me a good number for my trade in (more than a dealer friend thought I'd get).

This is in PA. It did take two dealers fighting over me to get it this low but he can definitely get far better. Oh and that is for 27/12k miles.

look into 36m lease, they seem to lease better. $540 seems high with $1600. I am assuming it includes TAX

It's tax yes. 36 month was similar in price no real difference due to the loss in residual.

Honestly northeast seems to pay a lot more in general for this car. Not sure why but I haven't seen lower than mine for the Northeast corridor.

Is the trade in going towards to lease? or getting cash?

Normally when people have a positive trade in they just use the extra cash towards the lease to lower the payments even more, but I believe u can get a check if u want cash back for ur trade in.

Per the Internet Sales manager, the reason why the numbers are so inflated is because this vehicle is a 2015. He stated that the money factor for the 2015's are more than the 2014's and he's going to try and locate one for me. So we'll see how this goes. Through my job I can get vehicle transported from Florida to Virginia for free so I may explore that option if need be.

Using the equity for the $1600 walk off but otherwise I'm getting a fun check. Going to use a portion to go buy a ring so I can pay for cash for all of that. Invest the rest otherwise.

My car payment just dropped $60 and I got 95% of what I put into the car back. I'm pretty happy with the check and got ot have an S4 for 2 years.

now I get to try the GS 350 which is wonderful.

Definitely try and grab a 14. Leases are much better. Although I can tell you i had one dealer offer 12k miles, $16000 down and $625 a month on a 15 - so you can do better there as well. Where in PA are you near? Due to the negotiating path I found quite a few 14's in the area and can make some recommendations for where to call for Philly, Delaware and NJ

I'm in Philly, so those states are perfect for me.
