The dealership I got it from was Lexus of Pleasanton. I wanted to get your guys opinion on excessive wear and use protection. They charged me 875 for it but I can cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. Is it something I need?

Drive off - $1211 (TTL and first month)

36/15k
$509.12/month INCL taxes (8%) without any MSD at .0009 (fico 720+) money factor

$442.47 INCL taxes with max (9) MSDs. $4050 for max MSDs which is refundable at the end of the lease. Money factor with 9 MSD .00018.

After having leased BMWs, I'm very familiar with MSDs. And the $4050 MSDs is going to save me about $2400. The return on $ is incredible. I don't have experience with lexus MSDs but with BMW it was painless and got a full refund after my lease was up.

He's very good about returning emails and the buying process was incredibly smooth. Never discussed any prices once I went in. Everything was agreed through emails and I was in and out w a car in an hour or so. Tell George that Jim from Riverside sent you. I told him, with his permission that I'd post this deal up. Good luck to everyone in the market but this deal is a no brainer.
Thanks for sharing this information, I want have the same deal with you. I want to know how much for is the total out pocket money you give to dealer including the MSD, appreciate your help.

Please help with the following terms:
Msrp $56705
Residual 54 %
MF 0.0009
48 / 10
Payments: $471 sales tax included
$3270 down, which consists of 1st payment, cap reduction of $3050, sales tax of $302, $700 acquis costs, $699 dealer fee, 1st year of $347, and cash lease deal of $2300.

Is this a good deal ? I know the MF is ok, but what about the RV ? I mostly have a problem with that down payment

Thanks a lot !!

I believe Lexus Financial will lease CPO Lexus vehicles, however I would think it is pretty unusual because most all of the CPO vehicles are sold, oftentimes with Lexus financing. I see no significant reason for LFS not to lease a CPO...because they certainly know the vehicle. It would really put-into-question why Lexus would be willing to sell you a Lexus CPO vehicle with extended warranty coverage, but refuse to lease the same vehicle.

What do you guys think of this lease deal? I have asked what the money factor and residual are.

I have attached the V Spec on $57,685 car for your review. It is a GS 350 Ultra White on Carbenet.

The Gross Capitalized Cost is $51,098 plus taxes and fees.

AUTO FICO score is 720 or higher.
ZERO out-of-pocket and 35 payments of $522.12 including 8% tax.
$1,263 out-of-pocket and 35 payments of $486.55 including 8% tax.
