Default Good deal on a 2015 F-sport?

Hey guys,
Lease is ending in February and dealers have been bugging me about my next step. I was offered $500 +tax with $3000 down, 12K miles/yr for 24 months. The car MSRP is $57685. They are taking my last 3 payments and forgiving my 5000 miles of over mileage. Is this a good deal?

I know, thanks. My situation is a little different though. Only 24 months and I have another F-sport lease that isn't over yet.

Well, 3m paymets is around $$1500, 5k miles is around $1250, which sums up to $2750. You have to put $3000 down, the other deal 0 down. Looks like a wash.
You payment $500+tax i dont know how much is tax, avg 6% around $3k =$50/m more

So your deal is $550/m the other deal id $509 with tax. Looks like hiu can get better deal just my 02

You guys in the States get crazy good leases. My 2015 GS F Sport loaded is 48 months 20,000 KM/yr zero down and just under a $1,000 a month with tax. Crazy huh? and that was with $3500 off sticker

looks like a fair deal.

Folks, i have a quick question - any help is HUGELY appreciated.

I am looking at a deal and think i have a decent deal established - the trim im getting exactly as I want it is no longer around anywhere so they sort of have me by the boys.

My question is simple - is there a standard cost between 12k miles/year and 15k/year? .15/mile? Or is this yet another thing i must negotiate w/ the car stealer? i know the penalty is .25/mile when i turn it in. Thoughts?

Its .25c a mile. No negotiation regardless of 12 or 15k

Given my vehicle is not the F Sport, it is a 2014 GS 350 RWD, Flaxen Interior with a $52,795 MSRP, the deal I received was.

$0 down , $0 tax and license, first payment included for $459/mo. (w/ tax)

I think you can drop that payment by $30-$40. Because if you divide your down payment by the months 3000/24 = $125. So in essence you will be paying the equivalent of a $0 down around $650. At least in Los Angeles there are better deals. Like in Encino and Van Nuys

Do you guys think I should try for $0 down? I mean...I still have a lease they are taking in that has 3 more months and 5K miles over.

I always do $0 down on a lease, why cough that $3000 up in one day when you can spread it into your payments. I only put a down payment on a buy.

I would. I think you need to disassemble all the cost one by one. Sell price
Rebate if any
mF
Residual
Etc..
From what I have heard 2015 are slightly cost less. I was upside down $1,000, on a $58k fsport. 36m lease was $500/m+tax +$800 down, Tax was only $400 though.
