Is this a good deal?
Thanks in advance for your opinions.
I got a quote for a 2015 GS350 RWD FSport with an MSRP $57,685.00. For some reason the price is different from 2014 to 2015 for a fully loaded model. Anyway, this is for 12K/year, 36 month.
$0 out the door (Including Tax, registeration and first month)
$509/month including tax which is 8%?
I don't really care for a few bucks, I will not nitpick over it.

That's really cheap for a zero down. Why is it so cheap now?!
Do u have a positive equity trade in?

I had a lot of negative equity so I can't really compare that to mine but from what I've read, that's pretty cheap. I would have expected it to be at least $50/mo higher. I'd jump on that. Unless they are taking equity from your trade and applying it. I wouldn't do that.

No trade in. I had gotten another quote for $540/month but that was for 2014 and we still had not discussed how much out the door. They had Lojack and other stuff on the car that annoyed me.
This other dealer was way more aggressive and wanted to make a deal. Only issue is that it's about 75 miles away.

This is kinda too good to be true though.

Very much doable, say the sell price was @ $50,000 since 2015 slightly cheaper $50k on a $57msrp possible. Now if he pays 1-2% tax with MF .0006 or less, he will be in the low $500

Thanks for all the replies.
I went ahead and leased the car today. Got it from Thousand Oaks Lexus in California.
Paul helped me with the transaction (paul.vallis@lexusofthousandoaks.com) and he could not be easier to deal with.
He quoted me a price and no hidden tricks. $0 and I mean absolutely $0 drive off and $509/month for 35 months. The $1450 incentive from Lexus on 2015 leases + first month payment covered by Lexus took care of everything out the door. I did not have a trade in or any negative equity.
The car is Nebula Grey with Cabernet interior. The price was for that specific color. If I wanted white exterior it would have been a little more since that is a more popular color (Not that much more). Honestly, I didn't care, I liked the Nebula Grey with cabernet combo.
I emailed my credit app, License and Insurance information to him to get everything ready. I was in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. Fastest I have ever been through. I was a bit apprehensive at first thinking that some fee's would get added on, but to his credit, he was totally on the up and up.
So the deal is
MSRP: $57,685.00
Gross Cap Cost $51,866
Lexus Rebate (1450) + 1st month($509.13) = -$1959.13 (Cap Reduction, First Month Payment, Fees, Registration)
8% Tax
Total: 35 months x $509.13/month
I couldn't be happier with the deal. We came from a 2012 TL paying $440/month and that was with $1000 out the door.
V6 TLX technology with base MSRP of $40K, the best price I got quoted was MSRP -$2500 and the money factor sucked (.0014). Lease for that was coming out to $480+ and drive off fees. I payed $29 more and got into a car almost $60K.
Equivalent BMW 535 was looking like $690/month and that would include first month and fees.
Again, I reiterate, Paul is really good to deal with.
