Ahh, 9% tax, I used 7.5% let me redo the numbers, still calculations before TAX are much lower, they must have about $1700 in fees in order to get $510/m

using .0004 MF , Residual $39,776, 0-Tax, $1700 fees, I get $511/m

if I add 9% tax its $603/m

yeah, but I would work on $1700, its a LOT.

Most likely around $400 for title/doc fees and $1300 for some sort of protection package

that I don't know. I do know it is popular in TX, but I have a feeling that some other states have it too.

Just remember if the dealer shows you paperwork with less than $1700 in fees that means he is compensating the fee with higher MF.

Get yourself an iphone APP which I use called: Car payment.

The only thing if you going to plug in Taxes, you must double it.

You may be able to get a higher residual if you do a 24-month lease. You negotiated a great deal though, it seems. But like others have said, check the numbers.
