Just go there with all the papers, and speak to them face to face. Ask them to show you where it says anything about modyfing the vehicle.... If it's not on your papers then just get up and leave, since legally they can't do anything to you. And don't look at any of their papers, those should not concern you.

Spoke to service manager about the issue. He then consulted with sales to try and track down who made the call. He told me it was totally bogus and and confirmed what I knew to be true. Nobody logged the call made, so no way of knowing who it was. After a plethora of calls, all is well in the garage. No reversal needed. Spacers next week
Thanks for bearing with me y'all!

im making calls all around, to get info. after reviewing lease agreement and warranty info, there's nothing there stating they can penalize, fine or repossess for after-market mods. i've called the dealership service center after speaking with warranty reps, service dealership reps were very standoffish and bullheaded. finally got in touch with service manager, he understands everything and is speaking with sales dept to find out what they mean by it all. he is very helpful and about to call back with more details.
i'd really rather not reverse it. it looks too good..... plus i just bought spacers lolololol

This is absolutely ridiculous. I'd tell them to go screw and go about your day. Why are you investing all this time calling around and talking to people and going into the dealership? You're making your payments, tell them to shove off and you'll talk at the end of the lease. I wouldn't even bother returning the phone call.
Think about it this way, if you hit something and screwed up the car, they wouldn't make you fix it now, If you want to drive around with it damaged, what do they care? They'll charge you for it when you turn it in if you don't have it fixed yourself. Same way with mods...if you even turned it in modded...they would just charge you to return it to stock.

When did you purchase this car?

I wouldn't listen to them. When it comes to a lease you can do whatever you want , however if you take it to the dealer for a warranty issue that you have modified , than yea you won't have warranty. Ive gone through 3 lease's , i have bagged , slammed , rolled fenders , audio system , intakes , exhaust etc... As long as you put it back to stock on return , you will be ok. Goos luck.
