Default Need quick buying advice...

So I am in the market for a slightly used 2014 GS F Sport. I've been able to get this car negotiated down to $47,900 and they're saying they won't go lower. They are confident they will sell it for that much or more if I don't buy it. This car has most every feature I'm looking for and I like the color combination.

What do you guys think?

But where are the cameras for the lane departure? There should be 2 cameras near the rear view mirror no?

Yeah, that's the one main feature I wanted that it doesn't have. I think I'm going to pull the trigger in the morning though even if I have to put a little $$ into the stereo.

Oh I didn't see that one.. That's weird, it has most of the cool goodies but not ML.

It doesn't have lane keep assist, as you would see the cameras and an LKA button below the DISP button on the steering wheel. It is a fairly decent deal though.

The LKA and ML are usually come together. So this one doesn't have both.

Just to compare, I bought a CPO 2014 F sport with 8500 miles for 47k out the door on Labor day. No power trunk on mine but I have ML and BSM.

This vehicle is missing CPO, which is a big red flag IMO

Lane departure and LKA is the same right? So this one doesn't have it?

I thought the description is kinda misleading..

It's not a Lexus dealership so CPO isn't an option. I would rather buy from a dealership or a private party, but have had no luck finding a car I want anywhere close to me.

For comparison's sake, what would a legitimate target price be for this new car?

Not at a Lexus dealer, so no CPO.

In any event, some Lexus dealers don't CPO cars that are that new because the CPO warranty doesn't offer much value with so much of the original warranty remaining. The CPO warranty is 100k total vehicle miles, but its only 3 years from purchase. In the case of a 2014 vehicle with 5k miles, the CPO warranty would never be used, the manufacturer warranty would cover it.

That's how my 335i was, bmw won't certify a car if it's under a year old or has less than 12k mi. Or at least that's how it was a few years ago.
