What made you get the housing instead of just swapping in an LED bulb? I want to swap mine but only for aesthetic reasons to match the HID front headlights.
Mind snapping a head-on photo?

I chose the LED housing over the halogens because of the great optics first (super clean cutoff), then because of the crisp 5k color. If you're in it just for the color, then I don't think I'd bother getting the LED housing. I'd just change the bulb.

But then again TRS is having a 15% off Labor Day sale this weekend so you can pick up a set of morimoto LED housings for less than $150.

We'll the housing is a projector which gives the led some great distance. I have had only led housing mostly, so since this was OEM it felt better to get. Hard to snap one but I'll try tonight.
