Noticed that many others seemed to have issues with brakes squeaking on their Lexus GS (F Sport). I just had my brakes replaced with 15K service. When I got it back, the brakes were squeaking about 70% of the time when applied. Took it Santa Monica Service Center who initially said that is jus the way they are. Now I'm being told that they actually have had a company-wide discussion about this , as it has been an issue for many GS owners. The result? I can get brakes replaced with pads that do not squeak for an extra $300. Curious what others think as I believe this shouldn't be passed down to owners at all.
