The new IS lights are permasealed yes, as far as I know...but that doesn't mean they can't be opened, just need a little bit more muscle to pry em apart, haha

Is there an easy way to tell besides pulling them out & trying to open them?

I've done one permasealed set of lights & don't think I'd like to tackle another, especially an expensive Lexus set ha ha. Would love to change the lenses & colour code inside the lights though

Asked a couple of the guys here, they seem to agree that the new IS LED is a perma-seal headlight

I'm picking the car up new tomorrow. I'm in Australia & our cars run the single HID projector not LED so I might be lucky
