Key Hole Cover missing?

Key Hole Cover missing?
I just got my 2013 GS350 and noticed the key hole is visible, is there a cap missing or did they design the door handle (drivers door) that way. My IS 250 has it hidden as do most Lexus

Yup, not hidden on the new door handles.
