Been negotiating hard with the dealer for the last few days. They offered me $18K in trade on my 2008 GS350, but talked them up another $4K on that (up to $22000). KBB is estimating $20.5K in trade in the area (which was their second counter).
For the GS F Sport, getting the top package including 19" wheels, heads-up display, ML, LDHS, etc. Their MSRP is $62,368, and I've gotten that down to $57K (including black front bumper applique between the grilles).
Although this is a little steeper than I wanted, feels like I'm getting a solid deal considering the $5K drop from MSRP and additional $1500 on the trade (above local KBB).
Any thoughts?

Yea I did have some negative equity from the old car added to this one, so my payment is higher than normal, but still zero at signing. The deals now are quite aggressive, probably the same as last March's Command Performance deal.
I could've gotten a better deal if I had gotten the F Sport in the first place. Couldn't take the other car any longer after I test drove the F Sport. lol Lesson learned - Get what u really want in the first place!
I went back to my original dealer and they were nice enough to help me out by adding more to my trade in and reducing the new car cost. I went to 4 other dealers and they're just money hungry. lol

Mine is a lease, they use that price to lower the lease payments and there are still some fees added to it (registration, etc.)
