Lana Del Ray - Summertime Sadness and Young and Beautiful sounds pretty good on my Mark Levinson.
Also I like Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes (Gabriel & Dresden Mix) sounded pretty good too. I dont really like the Tiesto version. When I played the latter to show my friends they were very impressed with Mark Levinson and told me with sound this clear and powerful who needs an aftermarket system? That comment made me very happy.

I think Good Feeling by Flo Rida would be a good one to try. Or go to YouTube search seven nation army glitch mob and try that. It's quality of the song isn't so good though and the glitch mob remix can't be found on iTunes unfortunately. Memories by David Guetta, Imma Be by Black Eyed Peas or anything by them probably lol, richman by 3oh!3 or anything else by them.

Problem with a youtube source though is the audio quality is significantly degraded.

That's partially true. There are some videos at 720p and 1080p, and if your device will handle them, they will be higher quality than usual. Youtube usually encodes them at 152kbps instead of 128kbps. The maximum quality for Youtube audio is 192k AAC. (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1228774) Still, DVD or a device that can playback FLAC / ALAC is the ultimate quality you'll hear in your car.

I just remembered there are some videos with 5.1 channel AAC on Youtube, a whole series of them called surrounded. Can you play some back and see if they are in 5.1? "bjork surrounded youtube" is the google string that turned up good results.

Do u guys use the equalizer on the iPhone/iPod? Also, what are your settings for the Treble, Mid, Bass?

EQ is off. I have my treble and bass up a couple notches from center with mid being dead center.

Add another to the pile, David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust in 5.1 on DVD-A. It came free with the heavy vinyl remaster, so it was a bonus.
